Following this breakthrough, Saulter co-founded the New Caribbean Cinema collective and executive produced their groundbreaking anthology film RING DI ALARM!, which premiered at the BFI in London.

His second feature film SPRINTER swept the American Black Film Festival, winning Best Director, Best Narrative Feature, and the Audience Award. Executive produced by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, the film went on to win several best-of-festival awards, premiered globally on Netflix and is currently being developed as a television series .

Storm has served as Filmmaker-in-Residence at The University of the West Indies, Jamaica. He has directed music videos for Sean Paul, Arcade Fire, Chronixx, Protoje and Popcaan, and has worked as a commercial director with icons like Usain Bolt and brands like PUMA, Paypal, Red Stripe and Jack Daniel’s. His photography has been featured in Rolling Stone magazine and The FADER to name a few.

His visual art has been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, British Museum, The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and M.O.C.A. Miami. His work is in the collection of the National Gallery of Jamaica. He also collaborated with the institution by curating its first ever Kingston Biennial Film Program.

Storm recently directed the five-part tropical noir series POSSESSION for Sky Studios UK, starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jonny Lee Miller, Sheldon Shepherd and Bel Powley, set for a fall 2026  release.
